At Sneex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear and apparel. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
